Returns Policy

Scripture In Crystal takes great pride in creating custom works of art that will be cherished by the recipient for a lifetime. Each piece of crystal is meticulously deep etched by hand to ensure the clearest, most detailed engraving available on the market today. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will gladly accept returns for non-personalized crystal. Please contact us within 15 days to receive your return authorization number and send returns to:

We will issue a refund for the returned crystal, excluding all shipping costs.

We do not accept returns on any personalized crystal.

Damages in Shipping

Our approved carrier for shipment is UPS. If your Scripture In Crystal Gift is damaged in shipping, please do not discard the packaging. UPS will need to inspect the item, with its original packing, in order to determine the cause of damage and verify proper packing materials were used (in accordance with the shipping terms). Please email us within 48 hours of receiving any damaged merchandise.

Upon inspection, UPS may choose to assess the package at the shipper's or receiver's site, or may collect the package for inspection at a UPS facility. Once the investigation is complete, a notification letter will be mailed or faxed to the shipper. UPS will not send inspection information to the receiver of the package.

During the claim process, we will engrave and ship a replacement, at our expense, within two business days.
